Pros – I think the best reason to work at FA is described perfectly in the credo. Franklin-Adams is an organization that is and will remain committed to companies, large and small, that desire to excel in the modern global economy. We pledge to leverage the best resources available in America on each and every one of our engagements and in our practice areas.
Cons – FA is a start-up company (est 2010) and anyone who has ever embarked on an entrepreneurial venture knows the challenges of starting a new business. FA has faced and overcome those challenges but it was not easy.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing
