    Pros

The employee benefits are quite nice and so are the co-workers. Time off is ok and rarely questioned.

    Cons

There is a serious lack of opportunity for any advancement. Pay raises are almost non existant for all employees including upper management. The business used to seem like a local family run operation, now it seems that everything is controlled from the corporate office with nobody at the local level having any input of value.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to what the employees are saying. There are some very bright people working here that can bring some serious good change to the organization. Please make advancement opportunties more available so it does not come across as such a dead end career.

    Pros

Payscale. Generally most employees are well paid, in an effort to keep them from the competition. Upper Level Management are overpaid for the same purpose. Good benefits. Good Bonus and Profit Sharing structure, until the bottom fell out. Co-workers are good friendly people for the most part.

    Cons

Low Ceiling, meaning, there is only so far you can go. Politics govern advancement, not ability. Look and feel of the company has changed in the last 3-5 years, becoming more authoritarian and oppressive. Monotonous. Lack of ethics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are only as strong as your weakest link. Grow your people if you want to grow your company.
