I have been working at Franklin Square Capital Partners
Pros – Great Company to work for- fast paced entrepreneurial environment with a lot of upside career growth and promotion potential.
Cons – This company is still in a fast growth and start-up phase, so typical growing fast pains.

I worked at Franklin Square Capital Partners full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good growth company, Original location was great but new head office is not central to public transportation. Steady Job growth and the Pay is higher than many in the industry and location.
Cons – Senior Management not very competent. Company has grown drastically in the past decade but senior leadership is very young and not experienced. They hand out titles easily, the only company I know where you have a guy under 30 with no Masters Degree and an undergrad from a state school that can make it to Executive Director. They promote if you are unhappy so if you're looking for the name and title then this will probably work for you. A Director level here is barely a manager in other companies. Diluted titles which will you in other organizations.
Advice to Senior Management – You don't really nurture talented employees. Seems like the more you complain, the bigger jerk you are then you get promoted if you threaten to leave the company while hard working, talented, but maybe less outspoken employees are overlooked. Management has a long way to go, the core individuals that started this company don't have any people management skills, strategy planning experience, nor can they nurture and develop their employees.
