Pros
I work on the business side of the IT department. Overall very good environment, very good facilities, fair opportunities for exposure to different areas of business
Cons
One thing that probably needs improvement is shift timings and alternative work pattern schedules. Even though the management is ok, but because the company is global, makes the alternative work pattern harder
Pros
Top managment in US is very good,Put clients first and employees in last,
Great working culture, should enter as manager or lead roles only, cool work.
Trust worthy Best company for investors.Looks for long term relationship with employee
Cons
Huge Politics, Poor salary growth, worthless mid level managers ,Very sensitive to outside markets.Immature Indian management. Most of the managers look for their safe side. Indian management never try for diplomatic solutions to any issues
Advice to Senior Management
Please look into the indian mangement,
Pros
Good opportunities to learn technologies in some areas.
Cons
The management (esp line managers in some technology teams) at India service center, hyderabad is not good. Most of these managers are managers because they are lucky not because they know management. They feel their only responsibility is to appease their managers in US. They just don't care about their direct reports.
Advice to Senior Management
Select operational level managers in Hyderabad based on their merit rather than based on their years of service and affinity to mid-level/senior management.
Senior Management, esp on technology side is good.
Pros
If company is in profit then everything is good. if not then wise versa.
Insurance benefit given to employees is awesome.
Infrastructure is awesome.
Management & Professionalism is good.
Cons
Internal Growth.
Salary Compensation.
Employee Entertainment.
Promotions.
Work Pressure.
Advice to Senior Management
It would become the best place if the Salaries are Given according to the market levels atleast.
Also the employee entertainment should be given to relax themselves from work pressure.
Pros
1. Work Life Balance
2. Be there for years to come
Cons
1. No Techonology advancement
2. No career advancement. Be with the Manager to become one overnight or you have to be in queue always irrespective of your performance.
3. Middle Management has so much of ego that you cannot survive if you say a No to them.
Advice to Senior Management
Please get Manager who understand literals of technology and people management in the firm, make them undestand management is not managing the present but dynamically creating future
Pros
Family culture is really good. Less pressure and good work-life balance. Flexible in working hours. No forceful travel at the same time not much of international travel. Will get good experience to deal with international employees and can lean the culture differences
Cons
Not a good pay master. Bonus and other benefits are not good. Promotions do not happen easily as it’s a flat structure management and gets stuck to a single job. You will get bugged of doing the same job again and again.
Advice to Senior Management
HR policies are bad and need to be corrected. Top Management should look at more knowledge enhancements work to the employees.
Pros
Flexible timings to accommodate meetings with the onsite teams
Some of the medical benefits are good
Good Internal training available for all employees
Cons
Very Poor management of Projects
Management believes in the amount of labor and not in the kind of output delivered
More focus on hiring contractors for the good projects
Management does not like to be questioned by employees
Some racism
Advice to Senior Management
Please treat employees fairly and eliminate racism
