“Young managment team, multi-cultural organization and interesting business”

Pros

Management team is young and easy to communicate. People are friendly and cooperative. There is a culture to work hard and play hard.

Cons

Job responsibility can be better defined. Career development and training can be enhanced. It is a fun place to work and I can't think of any other cons.

Advice to Senior Management

I really think job function can be better defined. I think there should be specific team for specific job responsibility. Research can be more in-depth.
