    Pros

Decent pay for an EMT Lots of free time during the day There really are not any more pros to working for this company

    Cons

Like all EMS, no real career opportunities beyond front or back seat Management was terrible Equipment was terrible, easily the worst of any company I've ever worked for

    Advice to Management

Try to retain employees instead of firing everybody. When you get talent, hold on to it. Remember that you're dealing with grown adults with professional licenses, not a bunch of teenagers.

  2. Ok to start out but not a good choice as a career

    Pros

Able to work a 40 hour week in a few days.

    Cons

Lack of leadership within the company. Lack of employee relations. Equipment is wore out and always breaking down. Money is the most important part to management. Employees and patients are last.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees fairly. Annual reviews and raises should be given. Replace equipment on a rotational basis. Offer incentives. Offer retirement.
