    Pros

Relatively better benefit than the average, many benefits and bonuses, willingness to upbringing employees to where they like to be/switch position within the network

    Cons

unpaid overtime, has to accompany the general manager to dinners and stuff even off-duty, long hours

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Company is still expanding, so there are opportunities worldwide. Reporting requirements are not too heavy, so there is still time to spend with guests and team. Work - life balance is fine and culture supports this.

    Cons

Senior management focused on expansion, so many thing need to be done on your own. Initiatives are often started, but not completed. Because most GM's work for the owning company, there is not much sense of loyalty in the group and this means interests are not always aligned.

    Advice to Management

Start with basics and make sure that everyone is doing them right before moving on to new initiatives. Hire more experienced senior management and mix up the group at the corporate level.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Frasers Hospitality full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fraser's is one of the world's premier serviced apartment operators. They are currently expanding which means ample room for advancement. The culture of the company allows for a good work/life balance while maintaining a service excellence focus. Working in serviced apartments allows for a longer term guest (resident) relationship and a more stable sales environment.

    Cons

Without banqueting or more F&B type duties, the duties and responsibilities could become routine, even borderline boring if one does not look for new challenges.
