    Pros

There was absolutely no pros for this job.

    Cons

The hours you were promised 8-5 during hiring were changed after training.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people and treat them well. Do not pay salary because employees are working up to 60 hours for 40 hours worked. Just about every person I came in contact with was unhappy.

    Cons

    Constant pointless meetings every week.

    Advice to Management

Had two managers while I was there. Only one of them sucked the other one was a great manager.

    Pros

Hourly wage, Comfortable office setting, Paid training, Health benefits, HR is easily accessible, Fast paced, Office bonuses can boost hourly wages up to $16/hr. Great for people who are just entering the workforce. You can start here and learn how to work hard and make yourself a valuable employee. The rules/procedures are strict but they will make you a more focused worker, overall.

    Cons

Overtime is punished, Strict work schedule, Increasing monthly sales quota, Regional manager for Inland Empire is unprofessional, Cost-cutting. Schedule is revolving open/close so holding a second job or going to school at the same time is nearly impossible. Your daily schedule is closely monitored so you will likely end up with 32-36 hours worked a week. The company has been struggling in 2015 so corporate is engaging in fierce cost-cutting.

    Advice to Management

Local managers all seem to be doing their best so the only thing I would say they can improve on is being on time more often. The real problem is with the regional manager (specifically the one for the Inland Empire). She is grossly unprofessional, as she swears gratuitously in meetings, is always late, is inaccessible in case of emergencies, and withholds detailed information from corporate. Please take a leadership seminar and learn how to manage your temper, ma'am.

    Pros

None. I'd give it no stars if I could.

    Cons

Pay is horrible. Schedule is horrible. Management is horrible. Regional management is extremely horrible. They don't listen. Bust your *** for low pay. Hate this place. Don't ever work for this crappy company. Instead of paying the CSRS good to do their job they keep training more people for them to quit too. No wonder everyone quits on this company. They think your life revolves around loya. Screw this place. How is it still in business?!

    Advice to Management

Listen to your CSR's. All of you are clueless on how to run a company. I could keep going but it's just a waste of time.
