    Pros

None. I'd give it no stars if I could.

    Cons

Pay is horrible. Schedule is horrible. Management is horrible. Regional management is extremely horrible. They don't listen. Bust your *** for low pay. Hate this place. Don't ever work for this crappy company.
Instead of paying the CSRS good to do their job they keep training more people for them to quit too. No wonder everyone quits on this company. They think your life revolves around loya. Screw this place. How is it still in business?!

    Advice to Management

Listen to your CSR's. All of you are clueless on how to run a company.
I could keep going but it's just a waste of time.

    Pros

Paid every week, Can't think of anything else.

    Cons

I work in one of their subsidiaries in Birmingham, Al. Never heard of this auto insurance company before. Very top heavy company. Managers do not listen to their employees. Management style is based on threats. Zero work/life balance as we have to work everyday except Sundays. Company is unknown in state but too cheap to purchase advertisement except one ad in a Spanish and one ad on top 40 Radio Station in Birmingham, but zero any other advertisement. They advertise $22 on their flyers for liability insurance, but I have never seen a quote come out cheaper than $30 for bare bones liability for a 3month contract. Many times people call office due to the $22 rate and get upset when they get a more expensive rate. Their idea of marketing is to grab people off the parking lot and browbeat them to get a quote. Very unprofessional.

    Pros

There's not much to be excited about unless you like constant change of management and working for a demoralizing company.

    Cons

    Poor management
Vacation time (5 days after 1 year and increases by 1 day every year for the 1st five years, add 2 days every year from year 6 till year 15)
Sick days (doctor's note for every day you are sick - 5 per year)
    No respect for employees
Company vehicles has to be picked up and dropped off at a distant sales office everyday
Huge territories and still expected to complete 4 assignments
No Overtime (you will be written up)
Optional bonus (when the company feels like paying)
Blame game (it's about who messed up and not how to solve the problem)
Claims managers (all are Fred Loya's buddies, with no experience and only blames others for poor performance)

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees well and they will naturally work hard. Otherwise, there will be a continued exodus of good employees and soon you won't be able to replace them with the terrible reputation the company has.

    Pros

Get paid every week. Get exactly 40 hours. Schedule remains the same

    Cons

Managers are not proffesional at ALL. They disrespect the employees and treat them like trash. They talk behind your back and make fun of the agents mistakes instead of helping them. They teach you to lie to the customers about their policy.

    Advice to Management

Get new managers who know how to be proffesional, or that at least graduated high school.

    Pros

Nothing is really good about this company but the weekly checks of $300.

    Cons

Training you get paid nine dollars, then you go up to ten when you get your license. Now depending on which office they put you in your pay "might" go up.I was put in a not so very good office,I have no a.c or restroom in my office.I refuse for anybody to have to work here. They claims that they pay out does effect your pay also.So say if one of your customers got into a claim, loya will pay the 15,000 and you won't bonus because they had to pay it out.Your loss ratio has to be 65% or you won't bonus,if you get errors like taking a blurry picture of a vin number that's an error and it effects your pay.The management sucks.Csrs do all of the work. The schedule sucks and the way the manager gives the schedule is so unprofessional. The manager will text you and tell you to come in at this time or this at this time. You never follow your schedule. They won't let you get overtime if you do your manger will get in trouble. You work every Saturday no days off at all until one year of employment.Your life is loya no time to yourself at all.Underwriting is horrible!!!!!

    Advice to Management

I just hope this company does better in the future.Thats all.

    Pros

Reasonable pay from going thru training then once u go to an office they go up and once your with the company and your office for a certain time you get paid depending how much your office sales so that mean u can go up to 10-15 an hour. You get to learn about insurance even if you've never had experience before.

    Cons

Everything in the office is a competition from office to office and then even from your own co workers if you have co workers that like to play dirty you better watch out for your new policies. If you dont meet your sales for the month they drop your hourly pay for a month. So lets say you making 14per hr then u dont sale enough policies the following month you will go to 10per hr. And if you do work for them make sure everything they tell you or you tell them get it down on paper because they will stab you in the back in a sec not a min. Yoy can say crooks with their employees and customers.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees good so you can keep them for long periods of time oh no wait ya don't like that since once an employee meets their 5 yrs ya don't like to pay their promised benefit of $5000.
