    Pros

    Flexible hours
    decent pay
    Great Benefits
    Great Co-Workers
    God Management

Overall it is a great place to work. I would recommend that anyone work for them.

    Cons

The union, we are required to be a member of the union, yet I really do not see the union doing anything to help the employees.

    Advice to Senior Management

I would recommend that you do what you can to get rid of the union. All the union does is take our money and talk bad about our stores.
