    Okay but Management has issues

Desktop Support (Former Employee) McLean, VA

ProsThe people are very nice. They have a gym on-site, allow teleworking and free soda.

ConsI was there 5 years and worked in the IT support area. My co-workers were good but to give you an example of the people they choose for management: the manager of the Desktop Support area has never worked in IT support ever(!), he didn't even know all of the names of the people in his group, and acts like he has Asberger's syndrome. Worse manager ever!

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more careful about who is selected for management positions. Try to be more employee focused. They lose good employees every day!
