I have been working at Freddie Mac full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A lot of opportunities and support for young professionals. It could be different depending on which division you belong to, but I was in Multifamily side and my senior managers were very supportive about analysts to grow their career. Impressive facilities and benefit.

    Cons

Honestly I don't have anything to complain about, but since I did not start from the analyst rotation program, training materials were not available for me as much when I started and I had to learn many things by myself as other team members were very busy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great place to work. Learned so much and built a great relationship with amazing people.
