    Pros

Flexibility, office perks, and monthly incentives. Even when the company was struggling, the monthly bonuses were not cut off.

    Cons

Constant negativity and complaining from the staff. Never ever satisfied. Very annoying to have to listen to people complain all day while some people are trying to do their work and actually wanted to be there. Employees have such disrespect for their peers and management it was disgusting. What kind of a job can you come in late, leave early, take 15 breaks during the day, long lunches, talk back to your boss and in company meetings and still keep your job. People need a reality check. Good luck in the real world. Thank you Freedom!

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Monthly bonus. The only reason I stayed so long was for my monthly bonus. Hard to believe since the investors have left.

    Cons

Management = tyrants, uneducated, demonizing, belittling, repressive. Management creates high case loads, mainly because there are so few employees left, which makes it difficult for staff members to provide quality care to individual cases. Constant layoffs Poor quality cases (management will take on anyone even if there is no chance in winning)

    Advice to Management

    Pack up and go home.

    Pros

I enjoyed helping claimants with their Social Security Disability Claims. Getting someone approved was very rewarding.

    Cons

It was very hard to stay focused on your work when managements only job is to try to find something wrong to blame on you. There was no coaching sessions or positive feedback. There is no structured training since the management changes. You are expected to figure things out on your own. This was a very hostile work environment.

    Advice to Management

The company hasn't been doing well for years. They have laid off over 200 employees in the past 3 years. My advice to Senior Management is to know how to run a business before trying to blame your shortcomings on your employees. The turnover rate is so high that its hard to manage your caseload with the vast amount of transfer cases thats moved around on a weekly basis. The company sadly won't be around by the end of the year and thats mainly due to Senior Management promoting their friends into roles they were not qualified for. My advice to HR is to start doing random drug test........

    Pros

    it's a job but only if u don't have

    Cons

Management is very deceitful. They don't tell you the important things about the company. If you are planning on joining Freedom Disability PLEASE do your research. I would advise that if you have a stable job DO NOT leave your job for Freedom. They will not be around for long. The company is unstable and only cares about profit which means they are constantly setting production goals and focusing on #'s. You are expected to medt a quota something they don't tell you until you start working months later. They have laid so many people off. The turnover is HIGH. All of the employees are new because either ppl leave or they let ppl go. They have MANDATORY overtime that you DO NOT get paid for because you are Salary employee which they don't explain to you. Ex: You work 60 hours and your pay is still the same as what they hired you for becuase you are exempt so that means know OT like they explain in the interview. Freedom is sales call center environment so if you have a strong background in Sales and is use to the Hustle and Bustle then this job would be great for you. If you don't have a job then this is the job for you.

    Advice to Management

    be honest up front
