I have been working at Freedom Financial Network (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very nice environment to work at. People are very friendly. Luncheon once a month.

    Cons

Unlimited room to growth, workload in my area has been very slow, ask management for more work, still haven't heard anything.

    Advice to Management

Company to empower their employees and need better communication

I have been working at Freedom Financial Network full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Reasonably good pay, good benefits, great coworkers and staff. Lovely lunch area with lots of microwaves and fridges! Even ice and water machines!

    Cons

Management has been neutered. Even management will admit that they have no power, just a title with a small salary increase. Some sales people make 3 times what management makes. Every email you receive will be CC'd to your manager, director, VP, and a few other clowns you never interact with. My direct manager is an amazing person, working 50+++ hours a week just to ensure the ship is run appropriately. There should be multiple managers, but they chose to hire a wooden puppet (Pinochhio) as a new director. He's there to tell lies and cut incentives on the VP's behalf, because VP is too passive to publicly announce anything negative.

    Advice to Management

Management - Great job, keep doing what you're doing. Upper management - Grow up. Hire well, pay well, support well. Sit in your office and read reports as you should. You don't need to be copied on every email. You don't need to have something to say to every person about everything. Make your $200k a year and stay in your office. It also may be wise of you to keep spiffs flowing, as your staff are SALESPEOPLE who are there to make MONEY. It's probably not wise to increase goals by 50% for your staff to "earn" a free $200 lunch. Millions in revenue, $200 lunch.

    Pros

There is nothing good to say about this place.

    Cons

They micromanage employees, write you up for everything. The pay is low barely pay over minimum wage .You are expected to sell to make money goals unrealistic constantly change them. The turn over in employees is outrageous.

    Pros

Very nice environment to work at. People are very friendly. Luncheon once a month. Good benefits.

    Cons

Sometimes you will feel like you are being micromanaged. One time I was messing with my phone about 10 mins before I get off work and my manager saw me doing that. Couple days later I received a write up warning. Seriously? I can't even relax for a bit a few mins before getting off work after a long day of work?!

    Pros

Wonderful management Flexible schedules Fair wages Opportunity to advance Warm and welcoming environment Company parties Paid holidays

    Cons

Parking can be tough There needs to be a work from home/remote location for roles that don't require being on the phones.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! Embrace new ideas and continue the positive growth I have seen thus far.

    Cons

Attendance, but it really did not make a difference to me.

    Advice to Management

Continue to implement new ideas for growth.
