no system of checks and balance for upper management (managers go unchecked)
    poor training program
no dental or vision or retirement option
no vacation time or maternity leave

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

treat employees with respect and train reps better allow employees to control price freedom is losing alot of business due to price being higher than other indirect agents choose better locations

    I worked at Freedom Wireless

    Pros

    I enjoyed learning the business.

    Cons

The hours are a little overwhelming. The stores are understaffed and you are constantly required to work extra hours. Leadership is almost non existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your employees, it will pay off to have committed team members.

I worked at Freedom Wireless full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Always easy to get a scheduled day off with no problem. Well supported sales staff

    Cons

Point system means if I sell something, Verizon pays the company but the company isn't going to pay me unless I reach a certain number of points. Increased points for selling devices that were known to be troubled or aging. Selling devices for $20 more on an upgrade than corporate Verizon charges and there is no way to compete with Best Buy Mobile

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People simply don't trust kiosks in malls anymore. Continue to build out inline stores. There really is a difference in perception.

    No opinion of CEO
