I have been working at Freelancer (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I would say the three best things about freelance is of course the ability of freedom in terms of mobility. Also, rates are easily negotiated and comprised on a request-analysis basis. Lastly, it allows me to be limited to not specific realm of PR or Marketing.

    Cons

The biggest con is the inconsistency on several basic levels that a company provides.

    Advice to Management

I would make sure that you have sporadic clients but also secure customer loyalty with most diverse and valuable requests.
