Cons – not great for anyone uncomfortable with uncertainty or vague goals. it's very much a start up environment.

Advice to Senior Management – The organization needs to transition from a small non-profit to a growing company with a non-profit and an insurance company.

Pros – freedom and having the ability to set your own schedule
Cons – Projects can be difficult and no direction from client.

Pros – The atmosphere, the sense that you're working on something bigger than you, the fact that everybody in New York knows you and thinks you're hip.
Cons – Incompetent people get promoted to the top. It's turning into a traditional insurance company. Having friends who got screwed over by the insurance company.
Advice to Senior Management – Come up with a pay scale.
