company condition isn't stable.
technical backlog from Motorola
shared patents frmo Motorola
Outsourced employees are less efficient
technical expertise is not the same for everyone
Advice to Senior Management
the development should have been fostered by more of market driven approach, than just merely using old projects to bring out products that are late to the market
