Pros
Big company with a lot of things to learn
Cons
Innovation is declining after privatization
Advice to Senior Management
Hire good management
Pros
Great colleagues, great work environment.
Cons
No opportunity for carrier growth.
Work on same old project for over 5 years.
Pros
Lots of opportunity for technical growth
Cons
- Company declares that it supports work/life balance, but management does not. It is an international company, so off hours meetings are a give but management expects it every day on both ends of the day and still expects a full regular hours day,
- mangers are prone to loud and frequent episodes of drama. really stifle participation and creativity
Advice to Senior Management
- Listen to employees,
- don't micro-manage
- compensate for long and late hours
Pros
Work/Life balance is a plus
Cons
Under resourced at this time. When revenue comes back I recommend filling posistions and projects.
Advice to Senior Management
Make sure to keep up feedback to employees and promote within the company to make the
culture more enjoyable.

Pros
good people, team work across organizations and manufacturing sites, work / life balance
Cons

Advice to Senior Management
give more visibility about the company, provide more opportunities to employees for career development,
Pros
Good work life balance, quality product line
Cons
Hard to get promotion, bad work environment
Advice to Senior Management
Need to provide more study oportunity
Pros
- Great work life balance.
- Still there are fair amount of technical challenges through which you can learn something if you wish (depends upon your group).
- Nice colleagues.
- A wide range of product line and various groups playing in difference markets make it, at least theoretically, possible to seek career opportunities in diverse technical fields.
Cons
- Promotions/Compensations based on "relations" rather than technical competence - too much of politics and favoritism going on for a technical person's liking.
- Debt heavy balance sheet severely hampers company's ability to take bold decisions that could spearhead growth.
- Lack of technical or managerial role models to look up to.
- Slowly and steadily losing technical leadership and competence.
- Compensation is below average. Also there are no stock options for us technical people.
Advice to Senior Management
At the heart we are a technical company so please concentrate on grooming, attracting and retaining true technical talent - rest will follow.
Pros
Colleagues are nice,
Flexible work/life balance
Cons
Losing core technology
Salary is not competitive
