Please focus on HR development

Cons
Salary compensation
Business groups work in silos
Pros
Holiday Events Volunteer Events Food
Cons
Demoralizing Management
Management from other countries abusive to employees
Poor Financials, so much debt IPO would be a joke
No cutting edge technology
Unethical behavior of Managers
No Growth in Job all is keep you down and be quiet
Management only interested in IPO to make their money and run
Work Hard with no support from Management
Constant change in blaming people so layoff targets can be met
Very political especially with the old Cronies from Motorola days
HIring all offshore, so USA people have to work twice as hard
Layoff of key personnel because they cost too much to keep on payroll
Hiring of non-degreed employees as engineers
Clerks running given portions of operations
Advice to Senior Management
No advice, the company is a mess, and you have positioned yourself to make a lot of money for an IPO and then take off like the first set did.
Pros
The people are great, and it is an awesome place.
Cons
No defined career path, and lack of organized professional growth.
Advice to Senior Management
Help employees better use the abilities they have, and develop the skills that need attention. Don't expect them to do it themselves. There is a reason they are good at certain things and lack on others.
Pros
- Very flexible work place
- Good balance between work and life
- Decent benefits
Cons
- Slow moving organization
- Bad strategic decisions by senior management.
Pros
Good salary and benefits. Flexible work environment
Cons
Not allowed to deliver a level of customer service that I am comfortable with. Focus has always been on cutting costs and moving jobs out of the county.
Pros
Ethical company, respectful, great product offering for the markets space we're focused on. Company has a lot of potential if tapped correctly.
Cons
debt is a huge burden to our long term success. Pay increases have been non-existent for years now. Rank and rate system is biased, mid-level executives are not capable of long term needs for the company.
Advice to Senior Management
reward employees with pay increases and career growth paths. award pre-ipo stoc, opitons to allow hard working employees to gain financially through up coming IPO.
Pros
interesting products and technology to work with, benefits are ok, PTO time is good, flexiable work hours,
Cons
performance is not recognized or rewarded; if you want no career growth you need to be in Austin (HQ) TX; management focused on short term profitability at expense of long term technology leadeship,
Advice to Senior Management
More transparency and communication
Pros
No much work pressure
Salary is good.
Cons
Performance and ability are not recognized very well.
