Overall the work culture is good.

    Senior Engineer (Former Employee)
    Noida (India)

ProsWork flexibility, timing flexibility, good work environment

ConsNo effort to retain great talent. Poor management. Visible politics.

Advice to Senior Management1) Not only hiring but retaining great talent is important
    2) Politics should not be deep rooted in the company. Many of the talented people leave the company just because of this.
    3) Focus should be in leading the company not just saving your own jobs.

    Company work environment

    Design Manager (Current Employee)
    Noida (India)

ProsExcellent place to grow technically on job. It is relatively easy to change domains, so if one has initiatives ,he/she can have varied experience across domains. Another big plus is informal work environment, company also encourages open door policy, where even a fresher can approach senior management.

ConsWork pressure is more, so there may be issue with work life balance. Also average compensation is somewhat lower, at least in India, as compared to competitors. Also growth opportunities are primarily in technical areas, there is limited scope in growth in management areas.
