    Current Employee - Sales Associate

    Pros

70 percent discount for sales associate, however there is a limit to how many items you can purchase
additional 30 percent off sale items
    Small boutique style
Small and can be family style and inviting with the right managment

    Cons

No growth opportunities once you are a keyholder.
Corporate and district managers are very condescending, petty and have indecent communication methods
    No training for any positions
    very unorganized

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work as a team instead of pointing the finger
    Get to know you associates
You set the tone for the atmosphere of your store and depending on how well you treat your employees is how long they will stay.
Balance and equal opportunity is also very important.
Lastly, Do not judge a book by its cover, I think managers missed out on a lot of valuable team members because they were so caught up on appearances.

They encourage you to take ownership in your store because the compensation package is dependent on store volume. Generous bonuses and lax hours are a plus but can lead to frustration as if everyone is taking a break whose working?
