    Pros

The office location in Lexington is somewhat decent, as it is right off a major highway but still quiet.
The office has decent amenities in it as well.
The office workers are fairly kind.

    Cons

    Monotonous, repetitive work
    Zero innovation, completely stagnant
Company uses outdated Soarian systems, almost no one knows tech
    Uninspiring leadership at every turn.
The attitude of the office culture is to just make it through the day. Almost no one is enthusiastic except for the bosses who work completely different jobs than the rest of us.

    Advice to Management

Innovate and inspire people to learn new technologies.
The current mid-level management will only keep the company afloat at best. Fresenius has no chance of pulling ahead with such stone-age technologies.

    Pros

Company likes to promote employees within, which means there's many opportunities for advancement. Fresenius (and all subsidiaries) grow at a decent pace every year since a few years when I joined.

    Cons

There were too many and too frequent company reorganizations. Employees were constantly being switched around under different managers. There was also the issue of slow decision making process.

    Pros

Expections are made known, training program is set up for new and experienced hirees, and good teamwork concept.

    Cons

The training path is very clear for nurses and techs but not as clear for dietitians and social workers. Being evaluated based on the patients numbers is a lot of pressure but the new standard in health care.
