Pros
I learned a lot of things from my experience working with Friendster. Some of which: Liasing with, and acting as the link between the client and media, handling Accounts, Sales, Online-Offline Activations , Client-Servicing & Campaigns, Arranging and Attending Meetings.
Cons
The poor image of Friendster to its users, and some of the companies in the industry, can directly affect the laying out of projects and opportunities for the company and its employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Go with the trend, know the market insight and then apply. Teamwork is the key, especially now, Friendster is being left out of other SNS.
