    - Good salary/benefits for employees: top 10% highest paid in the market, international training, talent development program
    - Opportunity to rotate between functions or move to another country with international assignment
    - A company that cares about consumers, society, environment for a sustainable development

    - Flat management with heavy workload
    - Not many options to move up due to flat management especially management level
