Pros – Great Customer service and Patient Care. Great Staff.
Cons – C-level poor communicators- do not manage employed Providers, short sighted
Advice to Senior Management – C-level must learn to provide better commuicatin and mentoring with middle managers to provide so the hospital will be better managed better, have higher productivity and less turnover.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – Great flexibility with vacation time, good benefits
Cons – Very low pay scale and horrible raises. Very under appreciated .
Advice to Senior Management – Value your long time loyal employees. Acknowledge good things and not only the bad. No room for growth and forget about ever making decent money! As I said, benefits are good, but if you have a family you'll need a second job.
Pros – The patient's best interest drives decisions.
Cons – Pay on the lower end
