Current Employee – been working at Frito-Lay full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – benefits, take pride in your work- make money
Cons – DSL position is a joke. "district sales leader" . Unfortunately this position has turned into "IS" information secretary. "District"-ok, Sales and Leader- Hah. sales leadership is "We need more sales". Ok , why doesn't
my store directors know who YOU are, Mr or Mrs. Sales Leader?
Advice to Senior Management – Wake up! This is a great company, I wouldn't give you 18 Years of my time if I didn't believe this. We can't keep newbies here 6 months with this kind of "leadership"

Current Employee – been working at Frito-Lay
Pros – Benefits are good. Freedom to wok alone. Training was very good was a week if comprehensive training. Personal trainer was very through and hard working.
Cons – They told me I would make a certain amount and when I got my check it was for a lot less. Was not happy. No leadership as far as groups goals. They have a sheet hanging on the wall with your numbers but no plan to hit those goals. Interview process was very bad , had to call many times to find out when I would be starting. Many negative people working ast this location.
Advice to Senior Management – Follow throuh with what you promise your employees

Current Employee – been working at Frito-Lay
Pros – Thought it was a great opportunity but finding out that others are moved up in promotions when their work performance is not that great and others have to compensate and do the work.
Cons – Employee Morale, you either in with the crowd or you are outcasted, Managers yelling at employees and mgrs only look at one thing and that is the bottom sales dollar that is produced. Employee morale is at its lowest and we stirve hard working out in the market everyday
Advice to Senior Management – Fairness and respect and employee morale, need to bring up the morale to all at the work place
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
