    Pros

I like most of the people that I work with and I have grown a lot over the years. Convenient office location and free parking.

    Cons

Low salary for management, lots of hours and no paid overtime so you are working for free, Health benefits are extremely expensive. Management assigns too much work to handle for one person. Stock price is so low that you don't make any money in your profit sharing. Promotions are given to those who put in the most hours. Recent CT Acquisition was not thought out or planned very well by upper management.

    Advice to Management

Try focusing on getting rid of that 10 billion dollar debt and quit trying to expand so fast and work on updating your ancient software systems.

    Pros

Nice people, decent office, not much else worth listing.

    Cons

Low wages, overworked employees, lack of communication, nobody knows how to do their job, no work-life balance, expensive benefits, too much more to list here.

    Pros

It was everything a central office technician would want.

    Cons

Management was starting to expect sales and leads from techs. Field techs even has quotas.

    Pros

Benefits were decent. Salary was also pretty good for the market location. Great Fiber Optic Network.

    Cons

Management was total chaos. Leadership by Deception. Sarbanes-Oxley nightmare in accounting. Personnel Development and Evaluation was a total farce. Annual Performance Bonus had nothing to do with the individual's actual performance, it was based upon unrealistic regional and phony departmental measurements.

    Advice to Management

    Get Some Integrity and Ethics.

    Pros

The pay is good compared to other IT jobs I have seen. They offer the abilty to make more an hour based on how good of a tech you are. Sales are 30% of your stat's and at points is very easy to make sales if you feel comfortable doing so.

    Cons

Forced overtime because the company did not plan well when purchasing a large state with close to 1 million customers.

    Advice to Management

Focus on making the install process better for new customers, someone who has never had services with Frontier should not be calling in describing trying to get services connected for over 2 weeks and having 3 missed appointments

    Pros

Land of endless opportunity. The company is actively involved in our communities

    Cons

Growing fast, challenge to ramp up and mentor new team members

    Advice to Management

Balance between regions and centralized IT/engineering needs to be addressed. We have many opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce cost through centralizing Tier 1/2/3 support and enforcing consistent use of technology deployment across the regions.
