Former Employee - Housekeeper in Ellensburg, WA

I worked at Frontier Management part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    *Residents were very friendly
    *Orientation was thorough
    *Co-workers were friendly and helpful

    Cons

*Nothing is really coming to mind. I had to work when I was getting over being sick one day, but all the other housekeepers were out sick or doing something else, so that wasn't a big deal. I just went slower.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I found out the manager where I worked was recently fired. He was wonderful, and everyone was confused as to what happened. There was a rumor that the person who replaced him has a history of getting people fired. That sounds strange. If you're going to seemingly randomly fire people who others feel is doing a great job, explain it to them.

Former Employee - Production Assistant (Internship) in Brookfield, IL

    I worked at Frontier Management

    Pros

Excellent compensation, hotel, travel, food, and other expenses are all included. You get lots of hand on experience, not your typical internship. Staff is very friendly and fun to work with.

    Cons

Not a whole lot of space to advance, the office is small and you typically only work for one season as an intern.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work! It is a really enjoyable place to work and you respect for the interns and employees is excellent! I truly enjoyed every opportunity that you provided and hope to work with you again in the future. Brian and Carole are excellent bosses!

I have been working at Frontier Management

    Pros

    Flight Benefits are really good

    Cons

Pay is somewhat fair. Would really like to see a return of previous cuts. Union employees have gotten pay back but nothing for salary.
