I worked at Frost & Sullivan as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Well there aren't much pros to say expect for the fact that work/life balance would be good as you don't have to sit late in the office. There is no pressure as such as most of the work is easy and just involves googling and working with MS excel/powerpoint.

    Cons

    1. Extremely bad pay
    2. No growth or career opportunities. I mean you just have to google which even a naive guy can do nowadays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Increase the salary of the employees including freshers
    2. Ensure that incentives and bonus are given properly and on time
