I have been working at Frost & Sullivan

    Pros

Work-life balance is okay, people in the team (BD - just this team) are friendly and caring, build a close relationship (almost like family!), super fantastic, understanding boss (the Country Head)

    Cons

Not being racist but if you're not an Indian, you literally have no career prospects/growth. They hire too many non-local Indians (take up 80% of the total employees), lost trying to understand the business, Frost is trying to sell too many things but the organisation itself doesn't want/oblivious to work on the areas lacking internally

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Training and proper mentoring system, benefits really suck, no personal growth

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
