Management accepts consulting jobs even when they don't have the resources to do it

I have been working at Frost & Sullivan

    Pros

Flexible hours for employees (you can come in anytime you want) and no one breathing down your neck. At 9am in the morning, the office could still be quite empty.

    Cons

Do not reward employees adequately. Management accepts consulting jobs even when they don't have sufficient resources (people with the right skills to do it). Over promise to clients and beat around the bush before reaching to a conclusion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review employee bill rates and reward employees adequately. Don't expect to get good quality work, if you don't want to pay/reward adequately. Please don't accept jobs if you don't have sufficient resources to work on it.
