Pros
Exposure is key and frost &sullivan does a good job at providing that vital breakthrough for every individual to present his capabilities to the best if his ability
Cons
Think the salary is definitely not the best by any industry standards. This needs to change - cause in the end the key to an organisation like frost & Sullivan are its employees. Retention is key and should be emphasised upon
Advice to Senior Management

PositIon to comment on this. There are good and bad aspects to any management. The leadership within the automotive division is brilliant and it is one of the reasons - why the team is one of the best in the company. Suggest leadership to draw inspiration from within the automotive division.
Pros
Good place for starters. Good exposure to middle management execs of companies across the world.
Cons
Poor salary. Poor working conditions. Poor management.
Pros
There is always room for promotions provided you are performing. Tough commission and comp plans but with great relationship wins and project wins, you can do well.
Cons
Too much internal red tape. Employee retention is an issue. Salary is way below standard in management level.
Advice to Senior Management
Look after your good people and listen to ideas that will work
Pros
good work-life balance,
you can get away with working for 3 hours per day... and many do
it's in central london

Cons
no benefits

no real management
no real ideas
you really learn what you teach yourself
Advice to Senior Management
go and do something else.... you are a wast of time
Pros
Good for the classic foot in the door
Cons
Nepotism, incompetent management, employees exploitation, no benefits, very low salaries. Quality is an option.
Advice to Senior Management
Your employees are your strength. Think about it!
Pros
- probably a good place to start for a recent university leaver
- exposure to a tremendous range of world-leading clients
Cons
- very poor coordination of consulting teams
- most senior and experienced staff simply waiting to get better jobs elsewhere
- management and executive staff refuse to invest in training or support and spend most of their time micromanaging the budget
Advice to Senior Management
- invest in technical staff and support them to advance and improve
- stop spending so much time and energy on evaluating every expense account
Pros
Overall it is a tough place to work if you are new to consulting. However, as a place to learn your trade it is pretty good. You will hit the ground running and be given plenty of responsibility early on. There are some very competent people working there and knowledge is shared when there is time. Overall it has given me what I expected, which was simply a chance to learn new skills and plenty of chances to apply them.
Cons
Staff turnover is high as hours are very long which is to be expected really within this industry. Salary doesn’t really compensate when you compare it to competitors. Processes seem quite poor and the workload is often increased as a result. Support to new starters is pretty meagre.
Advice to Senior Management
Invest in your business/ employees and it will pay off.
Pros
You can make a lot of commission if successful in sales. If you have a good idea for doing things dfifferently, they will let you run with it. Some really bright people. Friendly place to work. Ex employees often return.
Cons
Initiatives from the US get imposed on you.
Advice to Senior Management
You need to get rid of some of the dead wood in senior management
Pros
Your Peers
Access to the Industry
Cons
No Direction
No Value
Politics
No longer term focus
Advice to Senior Management
You had great managers, You lost them and you will keep doing so until you get one of them back - who understands the external environment, F&S DNA, Internal team building & moral, and not doing things for stupid pennies to hit unrealistic targets.
Pros
- Good social environment
- Good office locations
- fairly flexible
Cons
- Not management not committed enough
- Lack of vision and understanding of the market they operate within (naive management style)
- Far too many people from a single community
- Territorialities and silos
- Lack of customer and people focus
Advice to Senior Management
Change of the organisational structure and globalisation of businesses (verticals, initiatives and roles)
