    Management shuffle

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsThere is a focus on work life balance and virtual work is the norm. People are friendly, many have been with Fujistu most of their career.

ConsVery resistant to change and new ideas. A constant management shuffle - if you don't like the direction just wait it out, new management will come in and change the direction.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to employees and the people you bring in to be change agents, stop quashing every new idea.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Tough place to work but great learning experience

Senior Financial Analyst (Current Employee) Edison, NJ

ProsExposure and learning was great but there was a lack of training, great co-workers, friendly enviroment, I learned alot because it was swim or sink atmosphere.

Conslong hours, stressful enviroment, company was struggling and alot of negative people, alot of vacation days were forced at certain times Finance leadership made it worse

Advice to Senior ManagementGet leadership that is steady. TO many senior executive jumped ship in a short period of time to keep anything consistant.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Overall a satisfying job and good place to work at

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsGrowth opportunities, recognition and the fact that management allows you to take complete control of your job. Talented co-workers and partners.

ConsLack of a structured training, on-boarding and talent management program. This is something that is very important in the consulting practices.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncorporate a better talent management and continuous learning program for consultants. Strengthen the Fujitsu brand as a great place to work at and attract top talent.
