Cons – focused on small group of big sized clients, job may involve lots of travel, job uncertainty
Advice to Senior Management – Provide attractive options for employees who are willing to relocate to other locations such as Costa Rica, India or Middle East. The company needs to look for projects of all sizes, expecially in a down economy. Be ready to cut hourly costs to clients to get the foot in the door.
