Pros
+ Career prospect and growth
+ Good compensation package
+ Good information exchange and communication
+ Positive attitude and skill of senior management
+ Resourceful
Cons
+ Particularly for our team, there is impact because of lack in manpower
Pros
Such a big name in the market, with high quality products, vast development and good pay and work environment also
Cons
There was not much support for the interns. You need to do everything by yourself and as an Intern , you are expected to get help from your seniors but this was not the case with me
Advice to Senior Management
Try to allow interns to get full time job there if they perform good. In my case, while interviewing they told me that there is no chance of full time even if you perform excellent
Pros
+It enables you, to an extent, choice over the way you conduct your role
+It provides you a basic salary compared to other companies (generally on time and in the correct amount)
+You will generally enjoy performing the role (if you keep your head down, the healthier it is)
Cons
-False promises, fair enough, they can be brushed under a rug...
-Unreasonable expectations of subordinates that demonstrate talent
-Appears there may be lack of consideration on some legal and ethical issues
-Accountability? Where?
-A perception of unfair use of procedures/policy by some with management-level authority
-Political stances are prevalent in a top-down fashion
-May hinder future career prospects if you encounter problems with management
-Has just lost the DWP government contract (job security is now out of the question then?)
Advice to Senior Management
Greater scrutiny of lower-level management decisions and HR aspects, Provide an easily accessible method to escalate grievances and ensure full compliancy with regulations and laws and that management are trained to act according to the situation.
Pros
I have had some fantastic times as a CTO and Lead Architect being able to deliver results to customers who have trusted and respected me
Cons
The company has favorite technologies which lead to some difficult bids or reversals of promises to customers and very tricky commercial solutions.
Advice to Senior Management
Allow people to solution, grow and stop de-skilling architects in Design Centre offices with little or no customer engagement.
Pros
Flexible Timings and Irresponsible managers.
No Processes followed as no managers take ownership.
Cons
No Transparency in anything.
No Proper management while allocating to Projects.Least bothered to know what skills you have .
People who have any relative in Higher management can only excel
Groupisms of Deliver managers. As a result who are close to them will only get On-site oppurtunity and good apprisals.
No Professional Training modules available where in one can enhance their skill sets.
Do not have good Implementation Projects.
Advice to Senior Management
