    Pros

Salary package is good at middle management and above
Some good seasoned people work here (but I wonder why they work here!!!)
Regular appraisal cycles with market synchronised hikes

    Cons

Senior Management is a crony club - only those who butter them can expect to grow their careers
No growth in the last few years - in fact, they have lost major contracts and reduced headcount
If your project ends and you don't have another project (which you won't because they just don't have enough), then the chances of you getting the sack is 90% - so look to get yourself attached to a long five year project if you value job stability
Even if you don't work well, and your output is not that good, you will still get good promotions and pay hikes as long as you flatter your manager and are in his good books. On the other hand, if you work really hard, please your clients and are loyal, but do not have a good relationship with your manager, then you will be overlooked for promotions and your pay raises will be minimal. Unfair HR culture and cronyism are the mark of this company
Their five values (Passion, Respect, Transparency, Flexibility, and Learning) are a real joke. No one in the senior management team practices these values. They are not passionate about growth, they do not respect employees, they always cover up and lack transparency in dealings with employees and clients, they are flexible to some degree, and learning is not really their forte (their training programmes are pathetic, as only a few people favoured by managers can get into Leadership Development Programmes that in any case do not develop leaders since most of the trainees leave in less than a year)
Attrition rate is so high that clients are usually left in the lurch
Client satisfaction scores are not that high even though they seem to be meeting SLAs - hence many existing clients usually go away and don't renew contracts
You just cannot move from one project to another even after spending two years on the same project because they just don't have any projects!

    Advice to Management

Stop the crony culture and partisan promotion system
Talk to your clients more - they are not renewing your contracts for a reason
Remove the five values from your hoardings, or alternatively start practicing them sincerely
