Pros – Large global business, robust client offerings and IT methodology suite. Excellent benefits, career development opportunities, knowledge managemen accessability, and bonus structure.
Cons – Seattle office has a small client base and minimal office environment. Consultants are 100% at cleint sites and there is little interaction with other consultants.

Pros – - Smart people, although some have left already
- Some smart methodologies, most are getting smarter
- Great locations
- Some good, loyal clients
- People try really, really hard
Cons – - Some real clunkers in management
- Sometimes feels that there are opposing directions
- Sometimes hard to answer the question "what do we stand for"
Advice to Senior Management – Find a way to get people certified in your fabulous methodologies. Certifications always make people more hungry for them.

Pros – - Good exposure and experience
- Freedom to show talent
- decent pay and good Medical benefits package (till 2008)
- decent pay hikes (till 2008)
Cons – - No compensatory recognition for outstanding showmanship
- Lots of politics at Management level;
- Favoritism for people with no or insufficient talent
- Bad treatment to employees when it comes to travel terms
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees fair and square. Revise certain policies on employee retention and you will remain amongst the top 3

Pros – The best reason would be the atmosphere. There's not a lot of pressure, and there is good team support for you.
Cons – The company is constantly looking for new clients, and sometimes they will let go of qualified staff, not wishing to weather the storm.
Advice to Senior Management – There should be more honesty, more clarity, more openness as to what is happening. It seemed too much that we were waiting for surprises.

Pros – On the cutting edge of technology
Cons – promotions are few and based on relationships within the company. Its a body shop mentality where your work/life balance is not a factor. Many late nights.

Advice to Senior Management – be more realistic to approach market,
remove higher mgmt who are fetching premium salary and who's output is negligible.
