Pros- Smart people, although some have left already
- Some smart methodologies, most are getting smarter
- Great locations
- Some good, loyal clients
- People try really, really hard

Good start, not impressive as you gain more experience in the company; politics and minimal recognition

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Chicago, IL

I have been working at Fujitsu Consulting

Pros- Good exposure and experience
- Freedom to show talent
- decent pay and good Medical benefits package (till 2008)
- decent pay hikes (till 2008)

Cons- No compensatory recognition for outstanding showmanship
- Lots of politics at Management level;
- Favoritism for people with no or insufficient talent
- Bad treatment to employees when it comes to travel terms

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your employees fair and square. Revise certain policies on employee retention and you will remain amongst the top 3

Experience was fine, but growth potential is limited.

Systems Analyst (Former Employee)
Edison, NJ

I worked at Fujitsu Consulting

ProsThe best reason would be the atmosphere. There's not a lot of pressure, and there is good team support for you.

ConsThe company is constantly looking for new clients, and sometimes they will let go of qualified staff, not wishing to weather the storm.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere should be more honesty, more clarity, more openness as to what is happening. It seemed too much that we were waiting for surprises.
