    Best experience you can get. Engineers are all hard working. You have a chance to travel around the world. See places never been to.

    The downside for this company are many unnecessary expenditures. Need to upgrade all it systems as well. .

    Stable and reliable international company. Big compensation and bonus packs. Certification, technical and personal trainings are provided. Very friendly and adequate management.

    Cons

    Sometimes the work is too slow and bored. After 3 years there is no more progress in professional experience. Much paperwork and little real technical work.

    Pros

    Everyone has the possibility to bring his own ideas and give advice to seniors also.
    Many things for making work-life balance better (Arranged Sport events, Corners and lounges
    for recreation etc.). Many very long employed workers with very good skills and very broad skills.

    Cons

    Sometimes a bit slow in decisions regarding new technologies.
    Very customer friendly means sometimes on the other hand difficulties for employees.
