I worked at Fulcrum IT full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Company did a really good job at doing their best for caring about employees.

    Cons

Project Manager was never around. Saw him only about 5 times during my year long employment, though he's a really good guy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep caring about your employees. Please don't lose focus of the entire staff.

    I worked at Fulcrum IT

    Pros

Free healthcare to the employee. Unlimited technology training. Very lax on company policies in order to benefit the employee.

    Cons

Everything comes with a price... if you indulge on their benefits outside of the free healthcare it'll cost you more in time you need to work for them. If you quit or are fired before the expected time has expired, you must repay any and all debts that haven't been fulfilled. This includes negative PTO, educational and technology trainings debts, 401k vestment, etc.
