I have been working at Fulton County Superior Court full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fulton County Superior Court is one of the fastest growing courts in the country. The Court's dated business processes are improving with new innovative technology.

    Cons

Difficult administration that has fostered an oppressive work environment. The administration micromanages and doesn't allow executive management any creative control or freedom to cultivate internal relationships with constituents. As a result, there is a large execitive team turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Foster a better organizational culture and decrease micromanagement tactics. Trust the professionals that have been hired to do their jobs! Listen to employee concerns which would improve employee performance and respect for management.

It's ok, just don't expect to advance or get a pay raise.

I have been working at Fulton County Superior Court

    Pros

It can be really laid back, there's very little to do at times, yet you still get paid.

    Cons

Have to pay for parking anywhere around the area (or pay for Marta transportation), it takes years to get any minor pay raise, and if you get moved around different departments, there's generally no up in pay grade.
