Casual office, easy going management, normal hours, no overtime.
Cons
Who gets promoted has nothing to do with how qualified they are. It's amazing that this company is so successful. The call center is the only operation in the building that actually works hard, the management/support staff are all underpaid, and the work they produce shows it.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay what people are worth and expect more.
