    Pros

No reason to work in this organisation if you are an ambitious professional

    Cons

No growth opportunities, poor senior management and policies, no work life balance in absence of flexibility and absence of work from home option. Sycophancy is greatly valued. If you don't want to work and have been good at extra curricular activities in your school/college you may excel and grow in the organization, do not expect hard work to help you grow, you will be sadly mistaken. Too many hierarchies and managers above you and you have to keep all those gods happy.

    Advice to Management

Others give an opportunity who are working hard.

    Pros

Except the name of the product nothing I guess

    Cons

    1>Politics
2>Senior leadership never worked in good/big organization so no vision atall.
3>Work ethics are poor in all kind of people including MGT and HR
4>They don't pay well so do not get people on board easily.
5>Once you decide to resign you are on Gods mercy:-(
6>Believe me if you are knowledgeable and has potential(now joinees of course) will resign within 2 years max....
7>Senior people are there for years avg 8-10 years as they can't go anywhere else.
8>Max 7-10 people are ruling GCP but believe me they will never get a job outside:-).
9>I have heard that people who had created the benchmark product left the company already.
10>Please please read glass door all reviews and think twice before you join this organization..yes you heard right GCP.you will curse yourself by joining this company..
11>Let me give you an example they can't get a knowledgable guy so they give promotion to a insider for whom people are leaving like anything.Interestingly they donot have backbone to announce that.Everything is hush hush LOL.
12>Senior Mgt needs to grow up and get some trg guys...
13>Last not the least talk about salary hike-they don't give or give 2-3% but for loyalty they give some benefits which again they can't announce..

I am looking out as well...Waiting for a breakthrough....:-)

    Advice to Management

Guys where will you go if this company collapse or you are thrown out of this company...Believe me you donot have a place...or keep doing finnancial ghotala jugad...

    Pros

The following is for the GCP product and specifically if you are getting job in BA team

    1. Work environment is initially good. You would like it for initial 3 months. Post that you will visit glassdoor and re read the reviews and understand why someone would write an review like this.

    2. People who are here for past 5 years, company is good to them, good for them but not good by them.

    3. If you have learned the art of keeping your managers in your pocket, this is your company. You will reach heights easily. All you got to do is have buttering skills.

    Cons

The following is for the GCP product and specifically if you are getting job in BA team

    1. The heirarchy and senior management are confused and have separate vision with contradicting thoughts. It has happened that in a single day an Manager at X level will tell you to do X thing and a manager at Y level will ask you to do exactly opposite. This guys are confused to the core.

2.It does not matter if you are a good resource or bad resource, you will be manipulated into travelling to third world african countries wherein a senior manager will keep calling you about status of testing. So you have to forget you are a BA or Tester or a developer. When you are onsite you are expected to be all in one. They disregard a resource's personal commitments entirely and want that you keep working.

    3. Some people are stuck to this company and are not leaving these company and are polluting the environment of the company.

    4. Hikes are not at par and this has happened 2013 onwards.

    5. Work life balance is not that good.

    6. The new joinees here are not staying for more than a year or 2 max. So people who actually work are leaving soon.

    7. People are more political than functional or technically sound. Some managers keep looking on the online shopping websites rather than helping people with their workload and mentor them. Although they are not capable enough to mentor some one apart from the soft skills.
    8. Higher management sometimes interferes into your work without necessity and giving them status is more relevant and important then providing actual client with their answers.

    9. Very high attrition rate in 2014 which has reached upto 20% in BA team. Nobody is questioning the reason.

    Advice to Management

You know how to make process and how to bend it. Learn to implement a process and make it efficient and effective. Look at the attrition rate.

    Pros

    Only Cons
Please don't consider that I am very negative about company I love company a lot but if you are very serious about life do not join the Company for long term

    Cons

Earlier Fundtech was Israel based company which helped old employees get 25% to 35% every year hence they grew, now these people are trying outside but do not get even interview calls due to existing heavy salary

Now it is US based company hence the appraisal has became between 3% to 10% max so think twice even there were 0% this time
Appraisals are not on work you do it completely depends upon the relation you have with your manager
Relations depends upon the religion, region if it's same then it will help more

    Advice to Management

    Start good training's
Change the Senior leaders either training them of moving them out of company

    Pros

    1) Product is industry leader and lot of challenges to meet, if in right place at right time.
    2) One can enjoy the challenges and learn a lot, only if a self starter and self motivated.
    3) Excellent features of the product leaves you admiring the designers/fathers of the product (GPP).

    Cons

    1) No respect at work place.
    2) Hardly anyone in the higher level to recognize and appreciate talent in India. Leads are always busy in their own world. Need lot of training to fit their position and that vision is completely lacking.
    3) Specially some of the people who are in lead positions are proper mismatch. They are simply hired or promoted as they are 'known' to someone or because of their long relation with the organization.
    4) No professionalism.
    5) HR is not strong nor at par with industry standard.
    6) Everyone in decision making positions seems to lack vision or completely short sighted.
    7) Even if a root cause for the problems is pointed out, no one is interested in taking action against middle managers.

    Advice to Management

1)Senior management, please focus on India operations.
    2) It is very important to appoint right people for senior positions.
3)There are actually 'no' steps taken to boost morale of talented people. Due to wrong people in power talent is leaving the organization.
