Cons – in GFI, some quit because they don't know the system
Advice to Senior Management – keep up the good work through trainings!

Cons – Never pay salary in time only after repeated email requests.

Never get in contact with their employee
Never work with him specially either as a contractor(he never pays last salary and delays regular salary) nor as a employer (plays nonsense talks rather than payments).
Advice to Senior Management – Please don't lie to the persons with whom you work.
Business is about building relationships not about working with the employees emotionally and not paying salaries.,
These consulting companies grow from strength to strength on relationships not by making stealing salary from payments.
Pros – They have those product and qualities.
Cons – Follow your upper lines implied concerns.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good and best habit.
