    Nice people
    Okay pay and good benefits
    Great location


    Lots of managers that were less qualified than their staff
    Due to lack of savvy and experienced management, hiring of inexperienced staff that were not taught their responsibilities thoroughly
    High expectations from management, but they lacked understanding of what was needed resource wise to accomplish what they expected
    Tried to reinvent the wheel, but no one seemed to understand the rudimentary processes of running medical back office

    Advice to Management

    Need to invest in quality experienced, unbiased management that will be able to more appropriately lead and manage their departments.
