I have been working at Fusion-io as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Free lunch, Ping Pong, Foosball, Challenging problems to really get you thinking. Friendly environment, good leadership.

    Cons

For the sake of listing a con, however minimal it is, as an intern the training was very minimal and the expectations were that of a full-time employee. As I said, this was hardly an issue as I was able to work through the tasks without too much trouble.

I have been working at Fusion-io

    Pros

I am given the opportunity to improve many valuable skills.
As a technical person, I actually get to spend almost all my time on technical stuff.
I am given the required equipment in a timely fashion.
    I work with high-caliber peers.

    Cons

Right now, I have concerns about the company's long-term stability, but I am hopeful that the new upper management's strategy is fruitful.
People without a high degree of self-confidence might have a rough time fitting into the development organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
