FusionOne now acquired by Synchronoss, so this review is only as good as what remains

ProsIf you're in the right department and know the right senior management, it's an easy place to hide and get paid obscenely for doing very little. Due to the company's culture, it's also a great training ground for learning office politics.

ConsIt's a deeply political work environment with limited opportunity for advancement beyond the role you're hired for. If you're not prepared, well-equipped, and excited by the opportunity to knife-fight politically you will not do well here.

Advice to Senior ManagementThis place needs a culture transplant to hire and retain bright people. Unfortunately, the culture is set by senior management and so it seems unlikely to change.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
