    Pros

Strong entrepreneurial culture. Visionary founder and owner of the company. Great learning ground for graduates fresh out of school and getting into a first job.

    Cons

Very fast paced and average remuneration. You will find yourself working much harder than you are rewarded. Annual salary increments are not fantastic either.

    Advice to Management

Take a proactive approach in reviewing renumeration package of employees and properly reward performers and pay as per the market to improve retention of good employees.

    Pros

Great Management, people and learning curve. Founder's entrepreneurial personality cascades into the working culture and becomes an important real life 'Business School'. Great for fresh graduates stepping into the workforce.

    Cons

Work pace is hectic and compensation could be better. Aggression is rewarded so you've to really put yourself out there to get recognized.

    Advice to Management

Take initative to review and increase salaries of staffs that have been there for numerous years instead of trying to raise their salary after they have got a job offer elsewhere.

    Pros

Learnt alot. Got to see actual implementation of concepts learnt at school. Was given a very interesting project. This company has a pretty good transportation arrangement for its employees living in downtown Montreal. There is a free bus service which leaves from near Concordia University and takes you all the way to Future Electronics's office in Pointe-Claire

    Cons

None actually. I guess if you're looking for an internship where you can slack off, not do much then this company isn't for you. People here are dedicated and there are reasonable expectations from you.

    Advice to Management

None. I has a wonderful time working for you guys

    Pros

Good location in the west island of montreal. Free parking, benefits and a well run company for the most part.

    Cons

Longer hours (8:30- 5:30) for worse pay the a competing company. Accounts seem random and unorganized. Many unhappy past customers.

    Advice to Management

Attract better quality people, by offering better wages.
