Pros
You get to work for a company that talk about computers and videogames. You're working for the press, people in those magazines are almost all fond of the subject. You can manage your work time as you want, as long as it doesn't prevent magazines to get out. In most redactions, you have a great autonomy and freedom to do and write what you want as far as it's in the magazine editorial line. The salary is somewhat OK and there are some carreer opportunities.
Cons
If you don't love your work, it's pretty hard to work here. Everything take ages to get in place, people are fired for strange reasons whereas some other who would desserve to get kicked out stays. Change is not the company policy, and when a change occurs, it's often for economic reasons than readers-oriented reasons. Raises are small (2% to 7%), not every year, bonuses are based on unknow bases and are quite low (half your salary at best).
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate with the employees, respect their experience and learn to react faster. Try to make people stay instead of easing their way out
