    Pros

Being a smaller company, the company is entirely transparent on what the goals are, what has priority, and whose role is whose. Everybody was friendly and helpful.

    Cons

A lot of one-man departments means no outsider perspective or people to bounce ideas off of to improve. Critical feedback was rare before a task is completed. Internships are full-time and unpaid. Being a growing business, the workload could be overwhelming at times.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest more regular inter-office meetings to align overall vision among departments as well as garner critical feedback regarding tasks and issues from others, since many departments are simply too small to criticize themselves. I would also recommend cutting intern hours and/or offering a stipend. Review the FLSA's guidelines on unpaid internships. You have unpaid interns performing essential business functions, which is already a violation. You should at least compensate students with a weekly stipend or minimum wage.

    Pros

You get a check twice a month.

    Cons

Leadership and Management are atrocious. Blind Kings. Facilities and resources are not good. From the computers to the bathrooms, this place stinks. Culture of lies and mistrust.

    Advice to Management

    They wouldn't even get it.

    Pros

Great hiring process. Only recruiters that called me rather than exchanging emails regarding the opportunity that interest me. They met me half way to complete all the paperwork once I was hired. I cannot say enough about how well they managed my expectations as well the interactions between me and the hiring company.

    Cons

    Do not have any cons.

    Pros

Awesome people and a overall fun place to work. Learned a lot about e commerce and online sales also stuff like web design and development which everyone helped me out with and was really cool about answering any questions I had.

    Cons

I had to work around my class schedule which kept me kind of inconsistent on projects - would have liked to seen more of them all the way through

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what your doing!!

    Pros

Team oriented company Great people Exciting Growth Learning alot FTI is like a family and there is so much growth and chance to learn new things I'm very happy to be learning.

    Cons

small and growing company, so no extras like discounted gym memberships and things like that

    Advice to Management

I really like the team building activities we do out of the office. More of that, please.

    Pros

    Hands on guidance during tasks.

    Cons

Most are unpaid internships. The company will take advantage with hours being donated. FTI is a growing company with a lot of potential but never apply for an internship- better luck just applying for a paid job with a salary (no difference between hours and tasks) the company expects full-time hours without any compensation. DO NOT donate any extra hours than what is expected from a college internship. If they like you they should pay- don't "bite the bullet" until they decided when to pay you.

    Advice to Management

Don't be cheap and pay your interns.

    Pros

A good place to try for entry level. If you want to have an insight into the recruiting in a consulting company as well as the IT consulting industry, it can be a choice. Their HR manager is very helpful. People there are very energetic and resourceful. FTI is expanding its business. If you can do a good job and show your potential, you are likely to become a regular employee there.

    Cons

This is an unpaid internship. You may need to balance your work between HR and some other functions.

    Pros

Only if you have no other choice.

    Cons

Company offered no assistance in a demanding environment. They existed only to make money off me and offer nothing.

    Advice to Management

Start acting like human beings. I see why others quit ASAP. If your employees need assistance, help them. No one can do everything entirely by themselves. Act like co-workers and not exploiters.
