    Pros

an opportunity for freshly graduates wanting to start a career in recruiting

    Cons

the management, the working hours, the salary, the strict environment and the lack of liberty and relaxation. the social interaction between coworkers is greatly disapproved during working hours, onlyon the fixed one hour break.

    Advice to Management

should find a new person for the Bucharest office who can understand the employees and can trust them to do their work without strictly supervising every action.
